Not as many words as yesterday's prolific bout, but significant in fleshing out another main character's personality and background. Shockingly, this character is revealed to remember events that led to him politically backstabbing a fair number of people, which he then tried to cover up.
This sets the scene for the simmering of mistrust that has started through one thread of the story. After several years of comparative quiet, could he be about to backstab colleagues again?
